history, we have experienced millions of unusual events occurring in our natural world. However, in the past, scientists have noted that some of these abnormal natural events occur before the inexplicable personal incidents.That they may possibly be related. Furthermore, unusual weather impacting human lives, asteroids hitting Earth and humans becoming slaves to technology are all examples that prove this link. Appropriately, it is evident that strange events in the natural world can be signs of things to come in our lives. Unusual weather in the environment can be detrimental to our world. In fact, these natural disasters are a clear sign that we are already experiencing the impacts of climate change. Take flooding across the UK for example. Four of the five wettest years recorded in the UK have happened from 2000 on wards. Over that period of time, they have also had seven warmest years. That is not a coincidence. This is a pattern of global change that it would be very unwise to ignore. The shift to such a world can cause mass migrations of millions of people away from the worst-affected areas. That will lead to conflict and war, not peace and prosperity. Even more frightening is the fact that if emissions do not get cut, we can potentially face even more devastating consequences; they could raise the global average temperature to 4C. We should keep in mind that the last time the global temperature was 5C different from today, the Earth was gripped by an ice age. Therefore, it is essential that the government use this opportunity to drive the economic growth and avoid the enormous risks of unmanaged climate change. Not only are we facing violent climate change but the occurrence of the asteroid is something we should not ignore. In fact, the most famous asteroid is the one that hit Earth sixty five years ago. It is thought that the asteroid threw so much moisture and dust it cut off sunlight. lowering temperatures worldwide and causing the extinction of the dinosaurs. From the moment we wake up to the shrill of the alarm clock, to the second we turn off the television before we sleep, the constant buzzing, beeping and buzzing sounds from our gadgets are supposed to make our lives easier. Moreover, a person could theoretically live their entire life without leaving their home. They could order food, clothing, shopping and even get music from the comfort of their personal computers. Even more frightening is the fact children are no longer playing hide and seek together on the playground. but are virtually playing hide and seek on the internet. Therefore, the cycle of estrangement continues , further destroying our sense of belonging. Our dependency on technology has decreased our quality of life in terms of the connection we share with other human beings and our own personal health and well-being. Evidently, in the future, we not only could be controlled by technology but also create alienation among individuals. As proven, the strange events in the nature can predict things to come in our future. All the different strange events pose reliable facts and numerous examples, which give us no reason to not believe them. These incidents are not cannot just be coincidence, there has to be some sort of connection. We should use opportunity to get prepared for what can be asset to our evolution.                 Everyone has goals, and we all achieve them in many different ways. Some of us have or had regrets over our paths accomplishing various goals. This is usually the story of many leaders and groups. Some of these people have hidden parts of their journey to success. Through past stories of people like these it has become evident that sometimes acts considered morally wrong are done for the accomplishments of goals that are considered important.

                Morals are generally different for everybody, but some are agreed upon by the majority as taboo. This type of moral is most commonly the act that many do to succeed. An example of when this happens is when any news company gives out false information to attract readers or viewers. This is considered wrong by the majority of the world because the news is supposed to be directly extracted from reality. Still, news companies need to have more readers and viewers so they will lie or trick just to achieve their goal. The immoral acts done for success are likely well-known. This is because if someone does something taboo to them but not to most other people around them, there will not be as much pressure on them. For instance, a vegan living in a community with a majority of omnivores may want to have more protein but is not satisfied with the amount that vegetables give. So, the vegan decides to do something that is immoral to them, which is to eat meat. However, only the vegan thinks this is immoral. The rest of the community does not agree that it is. So, the vegan can do this easier as there is a lot less negative pressure and attention.As mentioned, morals are all subjective to everyone. The dictionary definition of moral is “[S]anctioned by or operative on one's conscience or ethical judgment[.]” (Merriam-Webster Dictionary, 2014, author(s) unknown). It says “one’s” so it means morals differ by induviduals. However, some of them can be grouped as some people think similarly.

                There are different types of moral acts people do for accomplish of their goals. And likewise, there are also many types of goals that are set and are achieved through immoral acts. Notably, a common goal is authority. Authority is usually attained through showing or using power. And many think this method is wrong. To point out, violence is usually associated with this. One example of an attempt at authority is when countries are at war. Nations go to war to gain respect through combat, or threats. Although not many people like war and support it, countries still do it because they really want authority. The same example can be used for another goal, which is peace. Some countries such as the United States fight with nations that promote war. Even though the U.S. claims they do not like war, they do it for peace. For example, Japan threatened to attack the U.S. and other powerful countries in World War II, so America decided to bomb it and attained peace. Like authority, the goals set are usually personal. Like wealth, a job, a stable household and happiness are examples.

                In the end, everyone has goals in life that they are very willing to accomplish. Sometimes this will becomes so powerful that huge sacrifices are made. Sometimes the sacrifices become immoral acts. And through doing those immoral acts, some do achieve their goals. Whether or not this practice is right to do is still debatable today.
